Rau’s IAS Study Circle Founded in 1953,by Dr Rau and It Started by Dr. S Rau in 1953 when a group of students approached him to study Political Science.Dr Rau managed to organise a small room at hotel Palace Heights & Hailey Road in Connaught Place, New Delhi.He seated his students in a big circular formation occupying one of the seats with them and started coaching them for the Indian Administrative Service Exam (UPSC Civil Services Exam).
